Lurraska is an environmental centre. Hundreds of schools visit us for much of the year. During their visits, they learn about ecology in the Urdaibai Nature Reserve, participate in tradicional basque rural endeavours, takes care of the animals at the centre and get to know one of the places most full of history and tradition within the Basque Country, Gernika and its environs. All this without forgetting the fun, with adventurous activities like horseriding and conoing. Speciality groups of adults and different collectives have also enjoyed visiting Lurraska.
